TERMS OF SERVICE

ALL USE OF AI USING MY WORKS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This includes feeding it to AI, using it to train AI, not to "enhance" my work using AI, and anything else to do with Generative AI. This includes programs like ChatGPT, grok, soraAI and any other AI tools.

  • Please pay at least half the price upfront.

  • Provide references (This can be drawn, made in an image maker such as picrew or drawn in a base. As long as it's visible what the character looks like, it is okay in my book.)

  • Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.

  • You may re-post the work you have commissioned with proper credit given.

  • You may NOT remove the watermark/signature.

  • Work In Progress can be shown if asked for.

  • I will do everything I can to make my customers happy, however after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.

  • Such as small colouring/marking mistakes.

  • Please keep in mind that commissions may take time as I am currently working a job IRL. However, if a commission takes more than 3 months you can contact me about this. If I am busy due to health/work, you will be notified ASAP.

  • I am allowed to use the artwork created to advertise myself as I have created the image.

  • You are allowed to print the art if you wish.

  • I have the right to decline a commission.
